Notice:

As Directed there will be no admission for 2009-10 Session at Nagpur Centre.. any individual doing so will be doing on their own risk and university will not be held responsible.

       Regarding Courier :

 1. Study centres should clearly mark the envelopes i.e. Separate envelope should be sent for Enrolment forms, Re-registration forms, Resitting forms, Undertaking forms etc. quest

2. DDs should not be stapled along with the forms.  All the DDs should be sent in a separate envelope with summary report.  Study Centres should clearly mention the code no. of Study Centre at the back side of the DDs. (10 October 2008)

Regarding Correction of Stream/Program :

No request for change of Stream/Programme will be solicited henceforth. (06 October 2008)

Regarding Correction of mark sheets / Result: 

• Internal Assessment & Project marks once awarded by the Study Centre will not be changed under any Circumstance.

• Student should inform the University regarding correction in the result within 15 days of declaration of TR on the University Website, Thereafter fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged from the student seeking any correction in the result.

• No request regarding the correction in result will be entertained after 180 days of declaration of TR on the website. (11 September 2008)

• The Study Centre should keep on visiting the web-site regularly. In case of any discrepancy, they should bring into the notice of RSD within a week. Failing so, the university will not be responsible.

• The Study Centre should download the fresh Undertaking Form and should submit the Undertaking Form with the Re-Registration Form, if in case it has not been submitted at the time of Enrolment. 

• The Study Centre should follow all the deadlines strictly given on the website.

• The University is sending the fresh Examination Form to the students. (09 September 2008)

• Result for February 2008 Examination Declared for students, Kindly Check Result on Student Login Note:-> Password is same as  Enrolment No.

• Those students taking admission on the basis of 10th & 12th should pass in aggregate as well as should have 33% marks in  individual subjects.

Undertaking Form (UTF)    

• Study Centre are instructed to send the Undertaking Forms (UTF) with attested documents of the old students enrolled before winter 2007 exam. This is to safeguard the interest of students, Study Centre & University. Henceforth Re-Registration forms will not be accepted without UTF.

• Study centre should send the re-registration forms along with examination forms only. Failing so forms will be rejected.

• We do not have any approved Study Centre in Sirsa, Haryana for engineering Program. Students joining any such centre in Sirsa will be doing so only on their own risks. University will not be Responsible such type of students
