Document Required For Final Certificate / Consolidated Mark Sheet / Provisional Certificate And Migration Certificate | SR NO | DESCRIPTION | | 1 | Filled up application form as per New Format (Incomplete forms will not be accepted) | | 2 | Undertaking Forms as per new format. | | 3 | Any Certificate bearing Date of Birth. | | 4 | Basic Qualification i.e. S.S.C/H.S.C./I.T.I Mark sheet & Certificate | | 5 | Mark sheet of Final Year / Semester of Qualifying Exam (documents on the basis of which the admission was granted by the University) and | | 6 | Passing Certificate of Qualifying Exam (Only Provisional will not accepted) | | 7 | Marksheet of all semesters (Pass) of RV University (Net copy will not be accepted) | | 8 | The study CENTER INCHARGE must endorse the application forms & UTF. | | 9 | All the photo copies of the Marksheet and Certificate Must be ‘’NOTARIZED’’ | | 10 | Minimum of 4 months time is required for the certificate after receiving of the complete application forms in all respect by the UNIVERSITY. |
